Minecraft 118 Launches This Month However Three Major Features Are on Hold

We knew it was coming because the snapshot betas were becoming smaller and smaller. But Mojang has declared it official. The Minecraft 1.18 release date, including all Caves & Cliffs Part 2 features is scheduled to be released in the last week of November. The update will be available across every platform Minecraft supports, and brings us a host of new biomes, revamped world generation, and more. minecraft adventure servers



Minecraft 1.18 will be available on November 30. The Java Edition update will be available across Windows, Mac, and Linux PCs as well as the Bedrock Edition will launch on - deep breath - PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android, and Windows 10 and 11 PCs.



The update includes new world generation and upgraded cave systems, as well candles. However, as was previously announced, some features have been pushed back from 1.18 and won't make 1.19 (also known as The Wild update) either, as the devs have now confirmed.



Archaeology, bundles and goat horns "have been put on hold" according to the developers explain in the announcement. They aren't taken off the schedule. We simply had to put them on hold for now.
