No matter whether you crave a little or a lot, chocolate is addicted and targets the same area of your brain as heroin does. On top of having an opiate like effect on your brain, chocolate also contains caffeine, theobromine (a stimulant similar to caffeine), phenylethylamine (an amphetamine-like substance) and also traces of compounds similar to THC (the active ingredient in Marijuana). So you are fighting a physically addictive substance here and it shouldn't be taken so light heartedly!
Which sounds like it's stating the obvious but you'd be amazed at how many people either don't do this step or set their subject matter too wide that War and Peace wouldn't have enough space to tell you all about it.
I went to the book store yesterday and stumbled upon a book I've wanted for ages, Snow White and Rose Red by Patricia C. Wrede. https://incatalogue.company/ was first published by Tor (I love their fairly recently launched site, which is awesome because they share all the news in the genre, not just their own news, with a frequently updated site. It's worth a look.) in 1989 and I've been trying to get my hands on it since I discovered Amazon sold out of print books. Unfortunately, it was one of those books that was never available so I just silently pined away. Then yesterday I went to the bookstore and lo! There it was! In the YA section! Recently republished by Firebird, which was nothing short of a brilliant as far as Firebird goes.
Gradually reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke per day. This way you will not feel the drastic symptoms of nicotine withdrawal and will remain motivated.
I believe we're moving into a new age where our Dream Circles will DICTATE our Income Circles, instead of the other way around! We must, or we leave the next generation at risk!
Since this is a gift that you will be making yourself, the possibilities are endless. With a project of this magnitude, it is best to get other family members involved. Once you decide on a theme for the scrapBook you Book can request entries from friends and family. Two very popular themes are the past and the future.
I did this many years ago, before desktop publishing was so easy. Many software programs can be used. A few examples are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Quark Express, Ndesign and Adobe Photoshop. Today, we also have available many scrapbooking software programs, such as Photoshop Elements. If you are just not computer literate, make the books the old fashioned way - by hand!
On top of physically craving chocolate, chocolate is also a comfort food used by many us. Of course it isn't the only one - other junk foods are also commonly used to emotional numb us, take away boredom and relieve us from stress. However the physical addiction of chocolate as well as the emotional addiction can lead to disaster and can make it almost impossible to overcome.
