A leather purse filled with other small surprises. This is more of a unique way to wrap her presents, rather than being the gift, but it still incorporates the traditional material! Make sure that they are numbered in the order that she needs to open them. First reservations to her favorite restaurant, then tickets to show etc. Find click here to fit the whole evening in that purse. Finish it off with a small token of your appreciation, whether it be a ring, necklace or other jewelry item.
Choose the Big Timer in a Leopard or Dragonfly print, or in a striped pattern. Or you might prefer solid leather book or genuine leather in black, pewter or copper. Handles or shoulder straps on each of these generous organizers allow you to use them as lovely stand-alone handbags.
Let me describe the normal workflow of creating a Memory Book. The first thing you would probably do when starting a project is to upload the images. You can upload as many as you need and even group them into different folders that can be named in a useful way (Usually I upload all the pictures and print a Proof Book for the customer to review). Then you select the Product you want to create from a pull-down menu, in this example it will be Memory Books, the very first option at the top. In the next steps you choose the cover type, color and size. There is variety of sizes available ranging from small 3.5x3.5in. up to 12x12in Square, Portrait and Landscape. My favorite for weddings is 12x8 as it renders a very well balanced format and the photos look terrific.
The unit is a rectangular shaped box, measuring 5" tall, almost 4" across, and it's 3" deep. The color is black, and the majority of the unit is made from a faux leather, but it looks so realistic I had to smell it to see if it had that "leather smell". It did not.
Digital photography is the greatest. It's so easy to snap picture after picture on holidays and other family occasions. It's convenient to store them too on those little tiny discs; except that's usually where they stay forever.
I found this scrap of red trim (shown in photo) and I saw that I had enough to make a 5 petaled flower. I had to hand sew it very carefully to make the red arches look like flower pedals. Then, I used a hot glue gun to add the center clear bead, and followed by gluing some shiny red beads in a star pattern (covering up my kind of messy, hand-sewn seams). I then hot glued a strip of red ribbon to the headband and glued on the flower. This wound up being one of Hannah's favorites.
Give your parents the gift of you. Arrange a special dinner with the entire family, all of them, or just you. Have a small cake to celebrate and offer a special anniversary toast. The price will vary depending on where you choose to eat. It can be expensive like the fancy restaurant downtown or simple like Red Lobster on the corner. That's up to you. Make sure you have a camera to snap lots of those beautiful family moments that are sure to come.
