Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7th 1963, in Edo State in Nigeria. He was raised in a religious family with loving, committed parents. He is the oldest son of the elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the pioneers of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina, and the mother of the Oyakhilome family, who imparted her divine grace on her son at an early age.
The LoveWorld ministry is a joint effort of the family. His brother Reverend Ken is the renowned pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and an active member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council as well as his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), where there are a number of world-class gospel artists.
